Terms & Conditions – Eve’s Angels Parties
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as they form the basis of the contract between yourself and Eve & Adam Ltd.
A Contract
After receipt of your booking and payment, you will receive written confirmation providing full details of your booking, and at this point a contract exists between Eve & Adam Day Spa and you, the customer
Age Groups
We have specified age group of 7-17yrs suitable for the listed treatments but if your child or another participant is not within the specified age groups, please contact us to discuss options.
Treatments
Treatments offered are listed in the booking form attached. Approval must be sought from individual parents of children participating, but you, the customer must sign giving permission on behalf of all participants.
Supervision
Children are supervised during treatments although an adult must accompany and be responsible for the group at all other times. Trained therapists take responsibility during each individual treatment. It is important that children listen and adhere to all instructions. They provide vital information for children and their safety. In making a booking for a party, parents acknowledge the risks associated with treatments of this type. Any allergies or illnesses known should be disclosed at time of booking.
Liability
Eve & Adam Ltd and their respective agents, contractors, casual and employees, are not under any liability whatsoever in respect of personal injury, loss or damage however caused whilst in attendance during any treatments. We will not be accountable for any allergic reactions from products.
Payment and changes to booking
· To secure a party booking, a deposit of £50 paid via card. Full payment should be received 2 weeks before the party date. No refunds will be made for those children not attending.
Cancellations
If you have to cancel within 48hours, for whatever reason, your deposit will be forfeited to cover our costs.
If we are forced to make changes
Eve & Adam Day Spa Ltd will do its utmost to provide all of the arrangements that have been confirmed, but must reserve the right to alter or cancel any activities. . If we have to make a major change to your booked party, we will offer a suitable alternative if available, or 100% refund, if we are not able in our opinion, to offer an alternative that is sufficiently comparable.
Any complaints
If there is any problem or changes to your booking please contact us as soon as possible either by email at info@eve-and-adam.com or by phone 01727 854483.
Your responsibility
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to advise Eve & Adam Ltd of a child’s dietary requirements at the time of booking. This information will be reconfirmed to you in our documentation.
It is also the responsibility of the parent/guardian or other person acting in ‘loco parentis’ to fully advise Eve & Adam Ltd, when booking, and then follow this up in writing, of any illness, allergy, disabilities, social or behavioural problems that a child currently has, or has recently experienced, which might affect the child or other children during the treatments. We will naturally treat any personal information sensitively and respect confidentiality
We reserve the right to exclude any child whose behaviour is deemed to be inappropriate.
Personal Property
Eve & Adam Ltd does not accept responsibility for guest’s property of any description.
Data Protection
Your information will be kept in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 and will only be used for the purposes of Eve & Adam Ltd.
Photography
Some photographs may be taken of the activities for future publicity. If you do not want your child photographed, please make a note on the booking form.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in these terms shall be deemed to affect the statutory rights of the customer
I hereby fully understand, acknowledge & agree to these conditions. I confirm a parent of all participants at the party has agreed to the designated treatments being administered.
