Terms & Conditions

Detailed below are the terms by which Eve & Adam Ltd offers its services to its clients. Please take the time to read this carefully. Going ahead with a consultation and/or treatment confirms that you have fully understood the terms & conditions prior to booking and receiving any treatments or products.


1. Appointments and cancellations


Your appointment will be with one of the trained staff who has been trained to consult on and carry out the treatments offered.
As with any practice, our staff may run over their allocated appointment time slot due to unforeseen circumstances with a client who has been seen before you. This cannot be helped; it will not shorten or alter your appointment duration. Wherever possible staff will try to notify you of any delay. We apologise if this happens during your time with us and thank you for your patience.

You will be given a time for your appointment and we ask you attend promptly, especially if there is a need for pre-treatment or preparation before your treatment. 

Please be on time for your appointment. Late attendance is likely to result in your appointment being postponed or cancelled.

If you must cancel your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. In the very unlikely event Eve & Adam Ltd must cancel your appointment, we will provide you with as much notice as possible.
Failure to attend or move a treatment without 24hrs notice will result in the planned treatment being deducted from a course of treatments OR your deposit may be lost, OR you may be required to pay for the treatment you failed to attend, in full. 

Please notify us of a cancellation f or the need to rearrange by contacting us in person or by telephone only.

From time to time equipment breaks down; if this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange your appointment. Should you have already arrived at Eve & Adam Beauty Clinic we are unable to offer compensation for this unforeseen issue.


2. Payment
Payment for treatment(s) received or products purchased must be made prior to or in full immediately after such receipt. We must advise that failure to pay on the day of treatment could result in debt collection and/or legal action; this may result in greater overall fees for the individual client.


If you have paid for a course of treatments that you are unable to complete, because a course of treatments gives you discount, we will refund you in the following manner:
Treatments received from a course will be deducted from your course at the price of single treatments. Example: If your course of 6 treatments cost £240 and you have received 4 treatments then those 4 treatments taken would be charged as single treatments; if a single treatment was £50 then the 4 treatments you had received would amount to £200 giving you a refund of £40. From this example, you will see that if you exceed a certain number of treatments then you may not be entitled to any refund.
We will not refund you for anything other than an inability to complete the course; a desire not to finish a course cannot be refunded for.

All courses be of treatments must be paid for in full prior to your first treatment.

The full course must be started within 6 months from purchase unless extenuating circumstances preventing completion within this time frame prevail.

Credit card payments are acceptable, but only in person, or bank transfer. No cash or cheque payments are accepted. Eve & Adam Beauty Clinic Gift cards (or e-vouchers) are redeemable on treatments and products.  Eve & Adam Beauty Clinic Gift cards and e-vouchers are valid for 6 months after date of purchase only.  An extension to vouchers is granted only under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the management. 


Eve & Adam will take a £25 booking deposit for all treatments and consultations, over £40.


Clients are charged £25 for all consultations (30-60mins) with any member of the staff; this is taken at the time of booking to secure the appointment.


Clients are charged £10 for all 15-minute skin review with a member of the staff if it is an adoc assessment with no treatment; this is taken at the time of booking to secure the appointment.


If a client fails to attend their appointment or fails to give at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or the need to rearrange then they will forfeit their £25 deposit/security fee. 


3. Refunds
Refunds will be made to the client by the same method of payment only. Refunds are at the discretion of the management. Treatment & product results vary from individuals & we cannot guarantee results; disappointment in your results may not qualify you for a refund. Although we cannot guarantee results, we do guarantee to use our best efforts and judgements on your behalf.


4. Treatments
No wax, laser, skin or body treatment will be offered or performed without you having completed a consultation form to assess your suitability. Consultation and treatment may not take place on the same day.
If it is deemed that you are unsuitable for treatment an explanation will be given to you verbally.

All clients undergoing skin or body treatments will be photographed prior to and following all treatments performed. These are property of Eve & Adam Ltd and are for the clinic’s use to monitor outcomes. They are not for sharing with a third party.
Eve & Adam Beauty Clinic reserve the right to refuse treatment at any time.


5. Products
The products we sell and use here have active ingredients which often target the living part of your skin;
in some instances, the result of which may disrupt your skin initially. This is not abnormal & should this happen we will guide you through any concerns you may have.
We will schedule you a free 15 minute follow up appointment to see a skin specialist as directed by them depending on what skin condition we are treating and what products have been recommended. During this appointment, we may tweak how you use your products at various stages of this active treatment; as your skin evolves, we need to make sure you are getting what you need, when you need it. We ask you to please attend your follow up appointments as this is where you will benefit from our expertise and get further product direction. This is a partnership and we are working with you to help you achieve better skin.
It is important that you use the products suggested for you the way in which your skin specialist suggests. Your regime has been specifically designed for you & therefore may vary from the manufacturer’s generic instructions. 

You are not obliged to buy any products or services from Eve & Adam Beauty Clinic, however you are only entitled to free follow up consultations if you buy products or services directly from us; if products are purchased elsewhere we cannot guarantee the authenticity, safety profile or efficacy of them and we are therefore not obliged to offer any follow up consultations or further guidance as the client would no longer be under our care. If you should like a follow up appointment in this scenario, there is a £25 fee for the appointment, however Eve & Adam Ltd and its staff shall not be responsible for the clients care or results for the reasons stated above.

8. Children
Children are welcome to be present during consultations. Children are not permitted to be in the treatment rooms when treatments are taking place for health and safety reasons.
Children cannot be left unattended at Eve & Adam Ltd and we are not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from them joining you in the clinic.
We kindly ask you to ensure that they behave in an appropriate manner for the private clinical setting.
You will be liable for any damages to the building and/or clinic property caused by children in your care.
Clients under the age of 18 will require parental/guardian consent in order to undergo treatment.


9. Pets
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets into the clinic for hygiene and health and safety reasons. Pets cannot be left unattended in our reception area and, although our staff are pet-lovers, they are not able to mind your pet whilst you’re in clinic; please make alternative arrangements.


We ask the person minding your pet to kindly wait outside if your pet becomes disruptive and/or noisy out of respect for clients who are having procedures in the clinic. You will be liable for any damages to the building and/or clinic property caused by pets in your care.


10. Liability
Eve & Adam Beauty Clinic will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any loss, either directly or indirectly or any consequential loss or damage arising out of or concerned with its provision of services, treatments or goods to the client.

It is absolutely the client’s responsibility to ensure that s/he provides Eve & Adam Beauty Clinic with all the information – medical or otherwise – that may be relevant to provision of treatment or products prior to such receipt. Failure to disclose such relevant information will exclude Eve & Adam Beauty Clinic from liability should damage occur.
These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit Eve & Adam Beauty Clinic’s liability for any injury resulting from their negligence.


12. Filming
Filming or taking photographs of staff and procedures is not permitted without written consent from the member of staff as part of their right for privacy.

13. Feedback
Eve & Adam Beauty Clinic aims to treat all our clients with respect and dignity. If you are happy with the service you have received we would be most grateful if you would spare a few moments to review our Clinic, following your treatment. By going forward with a consultation and/or treatment you are accepting these Terms and Conditions and accept that you will comply with them and any instructions and/or recommendations given by Eve & Adam Beauty Clinic in respect of treatments and/or, products received. Please ensure that you ask a member of staff if there is an aspect of our T&Cs that you would like us to explain further to you.
